The restart has completely successfully and VoIP device registrations are returning to normal.

We will be performing an emergency restart of our VoIP platform to resolve the issues experienced today. This maintenance will begin after 5:30 PM BST. During this time, users may experience call disconnections or be unable to make or receive calls. We expect the process to be completed within one hour.

As a knock-on effect from yesterday evening's network impact we are having some issues impacting our VoIP platform. We are applying some changes to help restore normal service which may impact device registrations. If you are having problems making or receiving calls please reboot your device to force it to re-register. Apologies for the disruption caused.
